    Formulation & Design Concept

  • Lab: Our chemists develop 2-3 initial formula options based on your brief.
  • Design Studio: Designers create 2-3 mood boards and initial packaging concepts (bottle shape, material, color palette).

    • Deliverables:

  • Final formula – ready for stability testing
  • Final packaging artwork – print-ready files

    Step 3:

    Sampling & Refinement

  • You receive samples of each formula option.
  • You receive packaging design files and product renderings.
  • You test, compare, and provide feedback.
  • We refine formulas and designs based on your test feedback.

    • Deliverables:

  • Full stability and safety report
  • Compliance certificate
  • Regulatory documentation package

    • Step 4:

    Compliance & Testing

  • Stability testing: 3 months accelerated (40°C / 4°C / freeze-thaw / light).
  • Preservative efficacy test (PET) – USP/EP standards.
  • Microbial limit test.
  • Compatibility test (formula with chosen bottle, pump, label).
  • Regulatory review – ingredient check against EU Annexes and FDA restricted lists.
  • Documentation – CPSR (EU), CPNP notification, MoCRA listing support.

    • Deliverables:

  • Finished products delivered to your warehouse or fulfillment center
  • COA (Certificate of Analysis) per batch
  • Customs clearance documentation

    • Step 5:

    Production & Delivery

  • Scale-up manufacturing from pilot batch to full production.
  • Quality control at every stage (raw materials, in-process, finished product).
  • Packaging (bottling, labeling, cartoning).
  • Logistics coordination – door-to-door shipping or your forwarder.
    • Unlike traditional outsourcing, our process runs in parallel. While the lab develops your formula, our design studio creates packaging concepts. During sampling, you review both formula and design together. Compliance testing runs alongside packaging material sourcing. This integration saves 4-6 weeks compared to managing three separate vendors.
